Step by step:

1. Consultation & Design: Meet with our team (in-shop in Richmond or virtually) to pick your gold type, stone choices, and design style.

2. Impressions or Mold Kit: Choose to come to our boutique for a professional impression, or we’ll ship you a DIY mold kit with easy instructions.

3. Crafting & Quality Check: Once impressions are received, our master jeweler fabricates your grillz, sets the stones (if applicable), polishes and inspects for fit and comfort.

4. Fitting & Delivery: You’ll try on the grillz, we fine-tune any adjustments, and you walk out (or receive via secure shipping) with your custom piece ready to wear.
